Melanie Lane: Mid-Career/Established Digital Innovation artist-in-residence featured in a short documentary video

30 Jun, 2022

“It’s amazing to have access to all these resources which is just something that I could never really have imagined prior to this.”

Renowned choreographer and performing artist, Melanie Lane has been working this year as the Mid-Career/Established Digital Engagement resident in the Creative Recovery and Resilience Residencies program run between UC and Belco Arts.

Working out of the Collaborative Robotics Laboratory at UC and in the Rehearsal Room at Belco Arts, Melanie’s residency has explored the boundaries of movement, art, intimacy and technology while working collaboratively with staff and students at UC.
